Tysons Lake Cabins & RV Park Rules

• Check In:

  Check in time is 3:00 pm. If you need early check in, please

  notify the office prior to doing so.

• Checkout:

  Checkout time is 12:00pm.

• Number Of Cabin Guest :

  Six ( 6 ) persons are included in the stay at each cabin. A

  maximum of eight ( 8 ) persons are allowed at each cabin

  for the additional fee of $3.00 per person above six ( 6 )

  years of age. Management must be notified of any

  additional guest at the time of reservation or no later

  than check-in.

• ATV/Dirt Bike :  

  There are no ATV, dirtbikes, dunebuggies, or go carts

  allowed inside the park.

• No Shows : 

  No shows will be charged for the full reservation on the credit card

  used to make the reservation. There will be no charge for

  cancellations as long as 96 hours notice is given.

• Quiet Time : 

  Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 6:00am. As other neighbors

  live in the area, the noise level during quiet time should be

  kept down. Loud Music Is NOT ALLOWED!

• Pets : 

  Some pets are welcome in the park but they must always be

  on a leash. If you are renting a fenced in cabin, the pets

  may run free within the fenced are of your rented cabin.

  You must pickup after your pets and discard their waste in

  a nearby dumpster or trash can. Pets may NOT be left on

  a leash or rope for a extended period of time. Restricted

  dogs include : any pet over twenty ( 20 ) pounds and any

  pet who proves to be a menace to people, animals or

  property. No animals will be allowed inside the cabins

  at any time!

• RV'S & Vehicles :

  Working on or washing vehicles in the park is prohibited.

  We reserve the right to refuse your stay if the rig does not meet 

  our requirements.

  If you have a vehicle problem that has to be addressed in the

  park, please contact the office for approval.

• Firearms :  

  There are no firearms allowed in the park.

• Trash : 

  Dumpsters and trash cans are provided for your trash around

  the park. Do not place trash on ground outside of dumpster.

  Household trash only.

• Children : 

  Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the park

  unsupervised - no exceptions. All children under 18 should

  be in their site by 10:00pm.

• Conduct : 

  Offensive, profane, lewd or threatening language or conduct

  will NOT be tolerated and may result in eviction without a

  refund.

• Cabins :

  Please leave the cabin facilities as neat and clean as you

  found them. A walk through will be performed at the time the

  customer returns the cabin keys. A $60.00 dollar cleaning

  fee will be charged for guest who do not leave the cabin

  clean. Any necessary repairs caused by the customer, his or

  her guest or invitees will be the finanical responsibilty of the

  customer. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY CABIN!

  for those cabins with kitchens, always use the provided

  cutting board or one of your own. DO NOT CUT DIRECTLY

  ON THE COUNTER TOPS! This ruins them!

• Day Rate & Boat/Jet Ski Launching :

  Any day guest will be required to register at the office. The day

  rate fee is $5.00 per person per day with children under the

  age of 3 free. Any day rate guest who bring a boat or jet ski

  will be charged an addtional fee of $20.00. Payment must be

  made in advance and a liability release must be completed.

• Liabilty :

  Swimming, boating, jet skiing, play area and other recreational activities

  are AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFE GUARD IS PROVIDED

  ARE NOT LIABLE.
